Common issues

Theme does not appear after upload

Make sure you uploaded the ever-after-bundle.zipfile directly — do not unzip it before uploading. If the upload fails, your hosting provider may have a file size limit. Contact your host to increase the maximum upload size, or upload the theme via FTP.

Styles look broken or missing

Clear your browser cache and any WordPress caching plugin caches. If you are using a CDN, purge the CDN cache as well. If the issue persists, deactivate other plugins one at a time to check for conflicts.

RSVP form not displaying

Confirm that the RSVP block or section has been added to the relevant page. Check the theme settings to ensure RSVP is enabled. If a required plugin powers the RSVP feature, make sure it is installed and activated.

Plugin conflicts

If the site behaves unexpectedly after installing a new plugin, deactivate the new plugin and check whether the issue resolves. Not all third-party plugins are tested with every theme — conflicts can occasionally occur with plugins that modify front-end output or override theme styles.

Slow page loading

Large unoptimized images are the most common cause of slow pages. Compress images before uploading, and consider a caching plugin to improve load times. Your hosting plan also affects performance — a quality WordPress host makes a significant difference.
