Every Ever After purchase includes six months of support from the date of purchase. Support covers:

  • Help with theme installation and activation
  • Guidance on using the theme's built-in features and settings
  • Troubleshooting theme-related issues
  • Clarifying theme behavior and capabilities

Support does not cover:

  • General WordPress training or hosting setup
  • Customizations beyond the theme's built-in options
  • Third-party plugin issues unrelated to the theme
  • Content creation, copywriting, or image editing

What to include in a request

To help resolve your issue faster, include:

  • The email address used for your Ever After purchase
  • A clear description of the problem or question
  • Steps to reproduce the issue, if applicable
  • Screenshots or error messages that show the problem
  • Your WordPress version and any relevant plugin versions

For reference, the current theme version is noted in Appearance → Themes → Ever After → Details in your WordPress dashboard.
