Refund policy for digital products

BlueSpark sells digital products. Because digital files cannot be returned once accessed, purchases are generally non-refundable. That said, we want every buyer to have a fair experience.

When a refund may be granted

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. A refund is more likely to be approved in situations like these:

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
  • The download was never delivered and the issue could not be resolved.
  • The product has a material defect or does not function substantially as described.
  • A verified technical issue prevents the theme from working, and it cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

When a refund is generally not available

Because the product is a downloadable digital file, refunds are typically not granted in these situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Accidental purchase after the files have been accessed or downloaded.
  • Difficulty using WordPress or general unfamiliarity with the platform.
  • Incompatibility with third-party plugins, hosting providers, or services not advertised as supported.
  • Expectations for features or customizations that were not included in the product description.

How to request a refund review

If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund, please reach out through the contact form and include:

  • The email address used at checkout.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Any relevant details, such as screenshots or error messages, that help explain the problem.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. BlueSpark will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
